James Blunt

n      He is an English singer – songwriter. He was born on May 18th, 1974. His debut album Back to Bedlam, and singles releases- especially the number one hit You’re Beautiful- brought him to fame in 2005. When You’re Beautiful  got to the USA, Blunt became the first British artist to top the American singles chart in nearly a decade. His style is a mix of pop and rock.

n      Before embarking on a career in music, Blunt was officer in the Life Guards unit of the British Army, and served as a member of the NATO peacekeeping force in Kosovo.
